Non-Discrimination Policy

Peloton College is committed to a policy of nondiscrimination in employment and education opportunity. Harassment, including Sexual Harassment as defined by Title IX (Sexual Harassment – As Defined by Title IX), of an individual or group on the basis of race, sex, color, creed, religion, age, national origin, disability, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, or sexual orientation, or membership or activity in a local commission has no place in a learning or work environment and is prohibited. In accordance with Title IX provisions, every effort will be made to ensure that all members of the college community are provided an atmosphere free from sexual discrimination and sexual harassment. Policies and procedures with respect to reporting sexual harassment are outlined in the school’s annual security reports.
